EBR systematically produces quantitative and qualitative analysis and information concerning the most important trends of the banking and financial markets. EBR develops and maintains databases which are focused on the most relevant economic and financial variables of the top 150 European banking groups, ranked by total assets.
In detail:
- through a dedicated help desk service, EBR supplies the members in real time with financial (and non-financial) information, on both Italian and foreign banks;
- EBR carries out research and produces studies on single topics and of periodic economic reports for top management on European and international financial industry evolution, market trends, strategic management in banking and other financial operators;
- 11 monthly briefings (a short summary of the main financial events and transactions of the top European banks, classified in accordance with international level values: variations in ownership structure; M&A; Capital Management; business & process restructuring; IPO; e-banking; IT management);
- 2 half yearly Forums focused on the competitive positioning of the Italian banking industry compared to the European and international ones;
- 2 half yearly research reports concerning the main strategic management topics:
- structure and performance of top European banks;
- the relationship between banks and capital market;
- bank strategic management and M&A deals;
- business and development restructuring;
- financial & capital restructuring;
- a proprietary database on business and development restructuring deals of top European banks;
- a database of the main finance and capital restructuring deals.
