data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\">actors interested in implementing truly innovative payment processes; iii)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\">fully realise a two-tier model, where a fundamental core\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\">of central bank-managed components acts as a driver for the development of the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\">market as a whole, enabling commercial banks to offer basic services\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP145318089\">and added value competitively and without dependence on non-European players.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\">will be concluded by the end of 2025 and will lay the foundations for the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\">ECB may formalise the issuance of the digital euro. It is estimated that, after such\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\">decision, it should take another two or three years of development before\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\" lang=\"IT-IT\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" data-usefontface=\"false\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX0 SCXP123122450\">of actual
