Working Groups
Appointment, powers and modus operandi
The Working Groups assist the Association's activities through the technical examination of the main issues related to banking operations. They are of a temporary nature and are dissolved when the objective for the pursuit of which they were established is achieved. The establishment, powers and composition of the Working Groups are resolved upon by the Executive Committee with the abstention of the representatives of the Members who have not granted the Association the mandate referred to in Article 2(d), if they concern Working Groups competent on matters related to the fulfilment of the aforementioned mandate.
