International representation
ABI is committed to strengthening its representative role at global level, intensifying dialogue and cooperation with international bodies, with the twofold aim of promptly grasping current trends - thus better orienting members with respect to political/regulatory trends - and highlighting business opportunities, fostering access to emerging markets and internationally important initiatives.
Particular attention is paid to the Euro-Mediterranean area, recognised as a strategic context for economic growth.
ABI intends to strengthen relations with local institutions and stakeholders to support investments in high-potential sectors such as logistics, infrastructure, energy transition and agriculture.
