The Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation (FBE) appointed Gianluca Tiani, Head of the Strategy, Innovation and International Division of the Italian Banking Association, Chairman of the ExCo 'Tech Risk Strategic Group'.
The advisory body of the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation brings together experts who drive banks' digital innovation and provide strategic input into initiatives related to digital transformation, particularly in the area of risk management related to it, including digital operational resilience and cybersecurity of the entire banking ecosystem.
The Group's two-year chairmanship, which was approved at the last FBE Executive Committee meeting on 15 May in Warsaw, allows for a co-ordination and management role on issues of particular relevance to Italian and European banks.
